Process Visualization

(DEMO)

DEMO (Design and Engineering Methodology for Organizations) is a methodology in enterprise engineering. The Enterprise Engineering Institute explains that an enterprise engineer designs and constructs an organization, just as a civil engineer designs and builds a bridge, or a mechanical engineer calculates liquid factors and selects materials for producing pumps. Organizations are complex entities, with a diversity of products and services, departments, people, technologies, and especially competition. DEMO was developed by Professor Dr. Jan Dietz in early 1990 at the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. DEMO is used for designing, managing and linking human interaction in an organization. DEMO provides essential business transactions, coherent information layers, consistent aspect models, and complete communication information.
